Overview
This policy explains what information Investors Toolkit collects, how it is used, and how long it is kept. Investors Toolkit does not require registration, does not use user accounts, and does not ask for personal financial or identity documents at any point.
Information We Collect
Feedback form: when you submit feedback, we collect the feedback type, the related page or calculator, your message, and your email address only if you choose to provide it. This information is used solely to investigate issues, consider improvements, and reply when a reply is requested.
Calculator inputs: figures you type into any calculator — such as EPS, book value, growth assumptions, or your own SIP contribution plan — are processed in your browser to produce a result and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Standard technical data: like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use this information to advertise to you or sell it to third parties.
Third-Party Processors
Feedback submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to the Investors Toolkit team by email. Current share-price figures shown in our calculators may be sourced from third-party market-data feeds. We do not control these third parties' own data practices — please refer to their respective policies for details on how they handle data.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data to advertisers. If standard analytics are used to understand aggregate site traffic, they are not used to build an advertising profile of individual visitors. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Data Retention & Deletion
Feedback submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed for review, follow-up and product planning. To request deletion of a previous submission, send a General Feedback request through our Feedback page and include the same email address used in your original submission so we can locate it.
Please do not submit passwords, CNIC numbers, account details, portfolio values, or other sensitive personal information through the feedback form.
Children's Privacy
Investors Toolkit is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
Your Choices
Providing your email address when submitting feedback is always optional. Without it, we can still review your feedback but will not be able to reply to you directly.
Changes to This Policy
